Sub Tropic
Sub Tropic is a creative space located in a disused 80’s bus station at 23 Cooma Terrace, Caloundra. Reconfigured by Banjo Beale, an interior designer who went on to win BBC1 Interior Design Masters in 2022, the space includes studios and co-working spaces and is the perfect place to meet and create by the beach.
Studio space
Our semi-permanent studio spaces are available on a 3–6 month lease and include wifi and access to a shared meeting space and kitchenette.
Lockable Desk Hire
If you need an affordable office, our semi-permanent lockable sit/standing desks on wheels are for you. Desks are located within the communal area and hire includes wifi and access to a shared meeting space and kitchenette. Monthly contracts are available.
Hot Desks
Need somewhere to work for the day between 9am–5pm? We have space for you with wifi and access to a shared meeting space and kitchenette. Casual daily hire is available.
Workshop, Meeting and Showcase Space
The open-plan communal accommodates up to 40 people and is suitable for meetings, talks, meet-ups, exhibitions, showings, screenings and small events. The area includes a 10-seater table, moveable furniture and access to the kitchenette.
